USA: 9–14 Days
EU: 6–11 Days

Please note that we require 1–3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times.

At Eliore, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products — some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are sometimes inevitable, so all our shipping times are guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available.

If you ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the remaining items will be shipped shortly after.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

To track your package, simply visit the link provided in your tracking email. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please refer back to your email.
Please allow 2–4 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address.
